A few comments received from our guests
What a treat, my partner loves a flutter so we decided to
book a VIP day at the races on Saturday 20th May. Dress code is smart, long
trousers for men. Pick up at our hotel was prompt, when we got there we were
met by Jacques and his team, our hosts, they are amazing. The drinks flowed
freely, munchies seemed to turn up every 30 mins or so, his team talked me
through the race card and previous form, etc. The box is right across from the
finishing line, to hear the crowd roaring as the horses came in was amazing. I
was invited to the paddock and jockey weigh in, my partner got to follow an
actual race in a jeep (this made his day). We would loved to have booked again
on the day we were leaving to return home but the times just didn't work for us
This was just one of those days that I will always remember and look back on in
many years to come with very fond memories Book, you will not regret it
Thank you Jacques and all the team for another fabulous day
at the races!! It is by far the best day out you will have in Mauritius (IMO).
The atmosphere, hospitality and service are second to none, and we can't wait
to return next year!
