Jack and his team of lovely ladies welcome you with open arms and treat you with a day to remember for the rest of your life, in this idealist setting of an old race course right in the centre of a bustling city with a fantastic back drop of mountains and then looking off to the right at the modern buildings of the financial district of Port Louise and the waterfront. Providing you with ample refreshments and food and giving you the opportunity to enjoy this fantastic spectator sport with people from all over the world. If you are in Mauritius this is a must do activity, you will kick yourself if you don't go. First class!!!!

THE BACCHANALE RACING DAY CHALLENGE CUP

 Its a must visit place in mauritius..its a very old horse racing club in southern hemisphere..infact its one of the oldest in the world,,

 

 Wanted to do this trip for 5 years and finally managed it on 23 September, we booked it before we left as it is a popular day. Our private transfer collected us and we were met by Jaques and Joanna on arrival. We were shown around the course, parade ring and betting area. We were then taken to our private box and a welcoming drink. As soon as your glass was emptied it was refilled and the home made food was amazing. Jaques and his team were very friendly and accommodating and made the day. You have the option of placing a bet in the box or you can place it in the betting ring. The view of the track from the box is second to none, been to many courses in UK and this rivals many of them. We met some lovely people especially Matt and Lisa. This is a great day out and highly recommend to anyone thinking about it. 

I cannot recommend this highly enough. My partner is a big horse racing fan so we had to experience this racecourse for his milestone birthday. Jacques and his team pulled out all the stops to make it a day to remember and I thank them so much for everything. My partner has not stopped talking about it ever since!! Wonderful atmosphere - the Mauritians LOVE horse racing. Excellent service all day - the wine flowed and the hot food was amazing. We had a great day in lovely company and will definitely return. Thank you to everyone concerned.
